Fitness & Fun at Encore by David Weekley Homes
Getting and staying active is an important part of life at FishHawk Ranch - and that’s especially true at Encore by David Weekley Homes. Our residents enjoy a full calendar of social events, fitness classes, and friendly meet-ups inside the 5,000+ square foot Oasis Club. Stay fit and have fun at Encore, either on your own schedule or with one of the many clubs and programs they offer. Visit the Oasis Club for program pricing and availability. At the Oasis Club, you can find a variety of fitness classes for all levels. FitCamp is ideal for those who can lift a minimum of 8 pounds, while Fit for Life is great for those with limited mobility or those new to fitness. Fitness classes run Monday-Thursday.
Yoga & Yoga-Based Classes
In addition to fitness classes, there are many yoga and yoga-based classes at the Oasis Club, from Yogalates, which combines yoga and strength-building pilates, to Aqua Yoga, to the more traditional Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Yoga classes are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Pickleball isn’t a new sport, but lately it has been growing in popularity due to its simple rules, small court size, and relatively relaxed speed of play - many players love that they can easily carry on a conversation while they play. Encore offers two pickleball courts, with a Pickleball Club running four days a week.
FishHawk Ranch is known for its 25 miles of walking trails! Meet up with your fellow Encore residents as part of the Trailblazers program to walk along the trails at whatever pace feels right for you! The Trailblazers meet Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday or feel free to explore the trails at your leisure!
Line dancing is a great way to exercise, learn a few new dance steps, and have fun! Line dancing takes place the first and third Wednesdays of the month at the Oasis Club.
Take a dip in the Encore swimming pool any day of the week (it’s heated year-round), or join the Aqua Workout group on Friday mornings.
