Brunch is a well-honored Tampa tradition. What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than sleeping in late and heading out for a delicious brunch complete with mimosas and Bloody Marys? We’ve rounded up the best restaurants in and around Tampa for your Mother’s Day Brunch.
- First Watch
First up is, well, First Watch! This chain is well-known for its delicious breakfast, lunch, and brunch options. First Watch serves up delicious, yet light and healthy options. Visit their Brandon or Summerfield locations - each is about twenty minutes from FishHawk Ranch.
- The Scrambled Egg
Conveniently located on FishHawk Boulevard, this restaurant recently made our list for top breakfast spots, and of course, we had to honor it as a top brunch spot as well! Try an omelet, scrambled egg plate, or flatbread paired with your favorite brunch beverage.
- Jackson’s Bistro
Jackson’s is a downtown Tampa favorite, and it’s not hard to see why. The ambiance, food, and location are all tough to beat. Just 35 minutes from FishHawk Ranch, Jackson’s views of Garrison Channel and the Tampa skyline steal the show. For Mother’s Day brunch, take advantage of their large outdoor terrace. Sunday brunch at Jackson's takes the buffet route, with a carving station, sushi station, continental breakfast items, and more.
- Four Stacks Brewery
Located in Apollo Beach, Four Stacks offers a cozy yet hip atmosphere that is perfect for Sunday brunch. You can enjoy their new Brunch & Brews specials until 5pm, which means you can sleep in as late as you want.
- Daily Eats
Daily Eats is part of the Ciccio and Tony’s family of restaurants. They have an extensive brunch menu which features breakfast bowls, Benedicts, griddle favorites, and much more. Located in SoHo, Daily Eats is a must-try.
Any brunch restaurant round-up would be remiss to miss Datz. This Tampa Bay staple offers an extended brunch that lasts until 9pm. They offer cocktails, mocktails, and an eclectic menu that is sure to please everyone. Don’t miss the monkey bread!
