The Guflport model at FishHawk Ranch has an elegant Tuscan-styled elevation, as you can see from the rendering. Typically, this would insure that the interior furnishings would be of the ornate, old-world style, and the interior scheme would feature heavy faux finish with dark fabrics and colors. We break that mold with this model to provide an interior which features elegant furnishings and finishes, but with a lighter, more livable feel.

Throughout the main living spaces of this home, beautiful hardwood plank flooring lends a warm, comfortable feel and is a wonderful change from tile flooring which is typically seen. The color scheme of the home features a play of bright, warm berry & orange colors against cool, toned backgrounds, textured fabrics and dark wood accents. The formal living and dining rooms are dressed for their roles with elegant details, stylish furnishings, and enticing colors. The casual living area with rustic beamed ceiling is made up of a country kitchen with high-end appliances and wonderful large center island, a spacious casual eating area, and a comfortable leisure room for the family to gather.
