FishHawk Ranch Pumpkin Festival donation presented to HomeAid Tampa Bay

TAMPA, Fla. – Newland Communities kicked off the beginning of construction of FishHawk Ranch’s newest neighborhood, Starling, with the presentation of a check for $25,165.88 to HomeAid Tampa Bay, a local chapter of the national nonprofit provider of housing for today's temporarily homeless.

During the annual FishHawk Ranch Pumpkin Festival, more than 12,000 people from FishHawk Ranch and surrounding communities stepped in to help the many local families in need.

Rick Harcrow, senior vice president of operations for Newland Communities presented the check to Bobbie Shay Lee, executive director of HomeAid Tampa Bay.
